PURPOSE:To enable easy manufacture by fixing ceramics and magnetic materials, slicing the same and obtaining the binding state between a head base and cores by which the direction of the cores with respect to a medium is exactly determined. CONSTITUTION:The slender block-shaped magnetic materials 2, 3 having high magnetic permeability are paralleled and adhered to both sides of the block- shaped ceramics. The blocks 1-3 have large volume and can be therefore adhered securely to the correct position. The formed block aggregate 5 is sliced longitudinally and is divided to a bound piece 6 of the head base and cores, then the piece 6 has the head base 7 and the cores 8, 9. Coils 10, 11 are wound respectively on the cores 8, 9 and magnetic heads 12, 13 are formed. |
