POSITIONING METHOD OF DISPLAY CELL

PURPOSE:To enable easy positioning of a display cell and driving circuit by using the driving circuit conductively connected with at least two lead terminals of a terminal part to detect electrically the completion of positioning. CONSTITUTION:The terminals 7B and 7C among terminals 7A-7D for positioning provided on a printed board 3 are conductively connected. The terminals 7A and 7B as well as the terminals 7C and 7D are connected by the pattern of the liquid crystal cell 1 and the terminals 7A and 7D are electrically connected upon coincidence of the lead terminals 5A-5D of the cell 1 with the terminals 7A-7D when the cell 1 is connected to the substrate 3 via zebra rubber 2. Base current is therefore supplied to a transistor 9 and a light emitting diode 10 is lighted by which the coincidence of the position is announced to the outside.
