PURPOSE:To reduce the starting torque without any special control device by an arrangement in which an eccentric weight is normally biased in the direction of rotation by a resilient member. CONSTITUTION:A rotary body 1 comprises an arm 3 and an eccentric weight 4. The arm 3 is fixedly attached to the rotary shaft 2, and the eccentric weight 4 is attached to a rod 11, which is fixedly attached to the arm 3, through a resilient spring 12. The arm 3 and eccentric weight 4 are mutually slidable, and so, when a predetermined rotational speed is reached, the eccentric weight 4 moves outwardly to cause a desired vibration. |
