PURPOSE:To easily add or delete an IOCS program (controlling I/O device) by controlling the IOCS program on the basis of information in a RAM which holds information showing whether the IOCS program is present or not together. CONSTITUTION:An IOCS program which controls the 1st I/O device is stored in the memory area 1a in a ROM1 which starts at an address XXXA, and an IOCS program which controls the 2nd I/O device is stored in the memory area 2a of a ROM2; and no IOCS program is stored in a ROM3 and an IOCS program which controls the 3rd I/O device is stored in the memory area 4a of the ROM4. The information indicating whether there is the IOCS programs present in the ROMs 1, 2... or not and the IOCS programs are controlled on the basis of the information in the RAM. |
