PURPOSE:To improve damping characteristics of a motor by adjusting the counting time of a counter through a timing circuit and weighting the quantity of servocontrol. CONSTITUTION:A digital servocontrol circuit 4 has an X-axial system control circuit 4x and a Y-axial system control circuit 4y which moves a single main controller 2 in an X-axiam and a Y-axial direction. This main controller 2 is applied with plotting data D and compares a set command quantity of rotation with the measured quantity of rotation to calculates their deviation value. Further, the timing circuit 34 is provided to generate timing signals corresponding to a speed control system and a position control system. Then, the counting period of the counter 30 is controlled with timing signals VCX and VCY from the timing circuit 34 and its counting time is controlled with timing signals VCX and VCY from the main controller 2. Further, the counting period and time of a speed counter are controlled with timing signals phi2, phi3, and VL from the timing circuit 34 to vary a speed controlled variable. |
