PURPOSE:To increase the relative speed to the rotation of the lower curved section of an oil feeding pump, increase the oil feed capability, and prevent the seizure of a cylinder and a shaft by arranging around the oil feeding pump and in lubricating oil a baffleplate reducing the rotational speed of the lubricating oil. CONSTITUTION:A baffleplate 28 is fixed on the bottom face 25 of a container 11. Part of the cylider section 29 of the baffleplate 28 is cut and bent inward to form rotation stoppers 30 in the radial direction, and the rotation stoppers 30 have a slight gap to the outer diameter of an oil feeding pump 13. Therefore, when the oil feeding pump 13 is rotated in a one body with a shaft 4, the rotational speed of the lubricating oil 12' near the inner wall 27 of the R-shaped curved section 13' below the oil feeding pump 13 rotating in one body with the shaft 4 is much reduced, thus the relative rotational speed in the same direction as the curved section 13' rotating in one body with the shaft 4 is increased. Accordingly, the oil feed capability is increased and the seizure of the shaft 4, a bearing, etc. can be prevented.
