PURPOSE:To easily control the issuing condition of a complicate operator command by providing an operator command storage device as an external storage device and registering and updating the storage contents freely. CONSTITUTION:An operator command b1 and a job control language b2 are generated by an input device 1 composed of a screen display device 11 with a keyboard, etc. Those are inputted to a registration controller 2 and a job start part 62 and supplied to a data processor 6. This registration controller 2 registers and updates a series of commands as one member in an operator command storage device 3 at every request to issue a command. Further, a driving controller 7 drives the controller 2 and readout controller 5 selectively with the operation indication of the job control language. Then, operator command issuing operation is controlled as a job and associated easily with a job scheduling function which operates in the data processor 6.
