PURPOSE:To perform an assay of immunoglobulin effectively by combining a monocloning anti-human immunoglobulin anti-bodies for an antigen-antibody reaction to measure optical variation with the irradiation of light on an antigen- antibody composite generated. CONSTITUTION:An immunological antigen herein used shall be various immunoglobulins refined and separated from human serum. The tumorous cell stock used for cell fusion employs P3-X63-8AZ-U1, P3-NS1-1 or the like which will not produce immunoglobulin. After the establishing of cloning, the cell involved is cultured by the IN-VITRO method or IN-VIVO method to obtain various monocloning anti-human immunoglobulin antibody. The monocloning antibody is used to measure immunoglobulin by specific turpidity, specific haziness and the like.
