PURPOSE:To give moderate moisture to processed eggs, elimiate bulging out by expansion, make uniform steaming possible and produce nice processed eggs, by putting formed boiled eggs in a metal mold form, wrapping the mold form with a cloth and film material one after another, and steaming the metal mold form. CONSTITUTION:Processed egg products are produced by using steps of molding boiled eggs, steaming the molded eggs, and packaging the steamed eggs. In the above-mentioned method, the processed eggs 4 (processed eggs 4 having pattern parts 4c from egg white 4a and egg yolk 4b) are contained in a metal mold form 1, which is then wrapped in a cloth 2 and film material 3 one after another and steamed. As a result, an adequate amount of water is kept, and nice processed eggs capable of being uniformly steamed without bulding out by expansion are obtained. |
