<p>PURPOSE:To enable application of a tape end detector to a reciprocating type microcassette of a center capstan system as well by providing movably planetary gears between the 1st reel turntable and the 2nd reel turntable and changing over the 1st and 2nd means for detecting rotating directions in the stage of changing over forward and backward rotations. CONSTITUTION:A capstan 102 is implanted to a flywheel 101 and a forward- backward change-over rod 104 is guided by shafts 105, 106 implanted to a base plate 107 and is thus freely slidably provided. A planetary gear lever 110 provided with a sun gear 109, a control wheel 112, a planetary wheel 111 and a detecting wheel 113 is provided freely movably between the 1st position where the lever receives driving force from the reel turntable 114 during the 1st operation mode of taking up the tape by the reel turntable 114 and the 2nd position where the lever receives the driving force from the reel turntable 122 during the 2nd operation mode for taking up the tape by the reel turntable 122. Detecting hooks 145, 147 which detect the rotating directions of the wheel 113 are changed over by utilizing the movement between the 1st and 2nd positions in the stage of changing over the operation mode. The tape end detector is thus made applicable to the cassette of the center capstan system as well.</p> |
