PURPOSE:To inspect and measure a number of sample reaction solutions in an inspection container continuously in a short time minimizing loss thereof by performing treatments continuously in sequence for optical measurement and cleaning of cells. CONSTITUTION:A rotary base plate 3 turns synchronizing the movement of an inspection container 1. Then, a reaction solution is sucked up into a cell 5a from a cup 2 at the position A by suction from a sucking negative pressure nozzle 8. At the position B, the reaction solution is optically measured and recorded with a projector and a light receiver and at the position C, it in a measuring cell 5c is discharged with a discharge nozzle 9 while a cleaning liquid is injected into the measuring cell 5c through a suction nozzle from a cleaning liquid supply nozzle 10 to clean up. Subsequently, at the position A, a new reaction solution is injected again. |
