<p>PURPOSE:To transmit a dial signal to a communication destination and to send a speech message by synthesizing the speech message for showing that it is time that a user specified through a speech synthesizing part. CONSTITUTION:A computer body 2 when receiving specification information on a time or telephone number starts a timer, and sends out a message showing that it is the set time to the speech synthesizing part and the telephone number of the communication destination to a communication control part 4 to control respective parts. The speech synthesizing part 3 synthesizes the speech of the message and sends it out to the communication part 4. The communication control part 4 sends a dial signal to a telephone set 5 on the basis of the telephone number to transmit the speech message to the user 6.</p> |
