<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a camber and meandering of a rolling material by calculating the difference in force or gap between the right and left bender forces of integrated working roll and by adding the difference for correction to a working roll in case there is a difference in the diameters of the right and left of a roll. CONSTITUTION:The most suitable difference in integrated bender forces of the right and left working rolls or the difference in cambers to be found from the rolls diameters conditions, rolls shifting conditions and rolling conditions is calculated, in case there is a difference in diameters in the right and left of working roll, intermediate roll, supporting roll, etc. of a roll shifting rolling mill. These corrected difference values are set up additionally to the supporting shafts of the right and left of a working roll. The camber and meandering of a rolling material is prevented by this establishment and the application of a roll is made easy and the quality of a rolling material is improved.</p> |
