According to an embodiment of the present invention, a vehicle display apparatus comprises: an output unit outputting vehicle interface; an interface unit connected to a terminal which controls the vehicle interface; a vehicle information acquisition unit sensing information on a vehicle in which the vehicle display apparatus is installed; and a control unit providing the vehicle information to the terminal through the interface unit, receiving a vehicle interface control signal determined in accordance with a user input which is inputted to the terminal, and controlling the vehicle interface in accordance with the received control signal.
