PURPOSE:To stably prevent a wire from being entangled, irrespective of the wind-up amount of the wire, by providing a cone guide for limiting the drawing direction of the wire. CONSTITUTION:A cone guide 5 may be pulled out and inserted into the top end of a barrel frame 3 while it may slide vertically along the barrel frame 3, and is attached along the upper end edge thereof with a plurality of whiskers 8. When a wire is fed, the cone guide 5 is at first removed to wind the wire thereonto in several layers, and thereafter, the cone guide 5 is turned and fitted into the frame 3 from the top end thereof. In this condition when the wire 4 is drawn out upward, the wire 4 is drawn off turning around a guide 6, and is therefore, prevented from being entangled. Further, when the wind-up amount of the wire becomes less, the cone guide 5 is lowered by its weight, and therefore, it is possible to stably prevent the wire from being entangled. Further due to the provision of the whiskers 8, the wire 4 does not oscillate greatly by inertia, and therefore, the draw-out of the wire 4 is made further stable, thereby it is possible to surely prevent the wire from being entangled. |
