PURPOSE:To prevent an error of operation such as opening a shutter when a transfer spiral is stopped by providing a lock mechanism adapted to lock the shutter for blocking up an outflow port of a tank in a block state. CONSTITUTION:A transfer gutter 5 is formed on the base of a tank 1, and a transfer spiral 3 is rotatably disposed in the gutter. An inclined plate 17 is hinged on a shaft 19 in such a manner as to open and close above the transfer spiral 3. A shutter 9 is mounted on a fixing rod 23 adapted to slide along the upper edge of a guide grame 21 to open and close an outflow port 7. In this case, there is provided a lock mechanism 13 for locking an operation mechanism 11 when the shutter 9 is blocked up. The lock mechanism 13 comprises a solenoid 43 fixed to a support frame 41 and an engaging pin 45 capable of advancing and retreating, which is mounted on the solenoid. The solenoid 43 is adapted to interlock with a driving motor for the transfer spiral 3. |
