The present invention relates to an automatic control apparatus for removing snow for disaster preparedness. The automatic control apparatus is characterized by including: a plurality of frame units arranged at regular intervals in an arch shape; a horizontal support unit coupled in a horizontal direction to the frame units arranged in plurality to support the frame units ; a plastic sheet unit covering outer surfaces of the frame units to prevent outside air from entering the inside and to store solar heat thereinside; a device for removing snow being in close contact with the outer surface of the plastic sheet unit to remove snow accumulated on the plastic sheet unit; a power unit mechanically coupled to the device for removing snow to supply power to the device; and a control unit controlling the power unit to manually or automatically operate the device for removing snow.
