PURPOSE:To designate optionally a position of enlargement with a liquid crystal TV receiver by changing the display timing of a screen according to the operation of a position designating switch and then changing successively the head position displayed on the screen. CONSTITUTION:When a zoom position is changed on a zoom screen, a vertical position designating switch 16 is turned toward a power supply VDD to scroll a display screen successively upward every 1/1sec. Then the switch 16 is returned toward a power supply VSS when a desired position is displayed on the screen. Thus a latch circuit 15 latches the output state of a counter 14 at that time point to stop the vertical scroll of the screen. When a horizontal position designating switch 22 is turned toward the VDD, the screen is scrolled suscessively to the left at every 1/2sec. Then the switch 22 is returned toward the VSS when a desired position is displayed to stop the horizontal scroll of the screen.
