PURPOSE:To reduce the possibility of overly discharging a battery by connecting a coolness accumulating agent condition detector and an outer temp. detector to a control circuit and combining them with a motor driven fan driving circuit. CONSTITUTION:The heat insurating box 10 of a refrigerator car consists of a refrigerator box 14, coolness storing box 18 and a refrigerator cover 20, and a motor driven fan 54 is provided on the inner face 34 of the refrigerator cover 20. A thermistor 56 which is a detector for the condition of a coolness accumulating agent 46, is attached to the outer face of the coolness storing container 42 of a coolness storing box 18, and a thermistor 58 which is an outer air temp. detector, is attached to the outer face of the coolness storing box 18, respectively. Both of the thermistors 56, 58 are connected to a control circuit 60 and are further combined with a motor driven fan driving circuit 62.
