<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composite material ideal for flooring or the like simply and efficiently by a method wherein specified rubber boards and plate material are laminated alternately through an adhesive and cold pressed integral to form a laminate block, which is cut thin in a certain direction. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of rubber boards 1 of stylene butadiene or like with a high modulus and a low elongation rate and a plurality of plate materials 2 wet with the water content exceeding the fiber saturation point are laminated alternately through an adhesive 6 such as epoxy based one which will be hardened under water or a high humidity therebetween. Then, the work is cold pressed between surface plates and adhered monolithically to form a laminate block 4. Thereafter, the laminate block 4 is cut thin with a slicer or the like along the length thereof with the laminate section of the said rubber boards 1 and the plate materials 2 to form a multicolor geometrically patterned composite sheet 5, which is additionally glued on a base board 7 to obtain the desired composite material 8.</p> |
