PURPOSE:To generate a burr at such a position as least affecting the rotation of a rotary wheel by injecting a synthetic resin into a mold at an injection port provided at the axis center position of a cylindrical hollow section in the mold. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical type hollow section 3 is formed to house an insert 2 at the axis center position in a segmented die 1 and an injection port 4 is provided at the axis center position. A synthetic resin is injected into an injection port 4 of the segmented die 1 with an injection molding machine to obtain a roughly cylindrical rotary wheel 5 having an opening 5b on the other side through a thin side wall section 5a, for instance. A burr is formed at the axis center position of the rotary wheel 5.
