发明名称 COMPLEMENTARY SIGNAL OUTPUT CIRCUIT USING METAL/ SEMICONDUCTOR FIELD EFFECT TRANSISTOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To ensure the normal output of output signals of both forward and reverse phases without deteriorating the drive capacity, by providing a source follower circuit having a shift voltage output function to drive the gate of an MESFET at the power supply side of an artificial complementary output circuit with a before-shift signal and to drive the sheet of an MESFET at the corresponding earth side with an after-shift signal respectively. CONSTITUTION:In a drive mode of ''1'' of both TR4 and 6 at the earth side, a source follower circuit containing a shift function with combination of TR1, D1 and RL2 as well as TR7, D2 and RL3 is set opposite to an artificial complementary output circuit consisting of TR3 and 4 as well as TR5 and 6 so that the complementary signals impressed to the gates of TR3 and 5 at the power supply side can keep the satisfactory levels even with a clamp of 0.7V produced between the gate and the source. In a drive mode of ''1'' of TR5 and 3, ''1'' is delivered through an output terminal OUT together with ''0'' delivered from *OUT as long as the signal supplied to an input terminal IN is kept at ''1'' with no clamping done by 0.7V between the gate and the source of TR4 and 6 respectively.
