PURPOSE:To make a steering wheel uniformizable to a right position in time of direct connection and shift selection, by installing each engaging part, being detachable at one spot on the circumference of a circle, in a sun gear and a planetary gear arm, while performing selection of a directly connected speed-up and deceleration by a gear ratio with detachment of the engaging part. CONSTITUTION:An engaging part between a sun gear 11 and a planetary gear arm 6 is of a construction comprising a convex part engaged with its opposed surface part at the sun gear side and a concave part 13 engaged with the convex part 12 at the planetary gear arm 6, and a position where this convex part 12 and the concave part 13 are engaged with each other in the state that a tire faces on the straight is set so as to become a right position of a steering wheel. Attachment or detachment between the convex part 12 and the concave part 13 is carried out in the way that the sun gear 11 retractably moves on an input shaft 1 and approaches or separates to or from the planetary gear arm 6. |
