发明名称 METHOD AND DEVICE FOR EVALUATING LUBRICATING AGENT
摘要 PURPOSE:To evaluate quantitatively the performance of a lubricant in a special gaseous atmosphere by monitoring the change of a test panel surface when the lubricating agent is stuck to the panel while a special gas is brought into contact with said agent. CONSTITUTION:A prescribed amt. of the lubricating agent 2 which is an object to be evaluated is sealed into a sample vessel 1 and the test panel 6 is fixed by a press plate 7 in tight contact therewith. The agent 2 and the panel 6 are heated respectively by heaters 3, 8 to a desired temp. The special gas such as refrigerant, gaseous alkene or acidic gas which is of a problem in actuality in the stage of using the lubricating agent in an actual machine is thereafter blown through a gas leading-out pipe 19 so that the special gas is brought into contact with the agent 2. An impeller 14 is at the same time rotated by a motor 17 to splash the agent 2 to the surface of the panel 6. Such operation is continued for specified time and thereafter the panel 6 is removed and the surface thereof is measured, by which the surface performance such as carbonization, sludge stickability or resolution in the special gaseous atmosphere of the agent 2 is evaluated.
