<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate erroneous input setting, by not displaying the change in day of the week when a given output is the reserving time of the final one of a midnight program and displaying the change in day of the week between the above-mentioned reserving time and the first reserving time of picture recording of the next early morning program. CONSTITUTION:A display section 6 receives a present time output from a present time counting section 2. When the present time is zero o'clock in the midnight and the day of the week changes from Monday to Tuesday, the display device displays ''Mon'' indicating Monday, ''Midnight'' indicating midnight, and (0:00) indicating zero o'clock AM. However, (1:00) is displayed at a display step 3 because it is one o'clock AM. Such displays are continued until N o'clock AM which is a picture-recording starting time. Therefore, any operators can make the input setting correctly from midnight TV programs listed in TV program columns in newspapers and magazines by means of these displays.</p> |
