<p>PURPOSE:To execute easily a position alignment of an orifice and a heating resistor by installing a supporting leading pole of the heating resistor to a drawing forming member of the orifice, etc., and forming both of them in one body. CONSTITUTION:A pair of supporting leading poles 6 which are partially buried into an orifice plate 14 consist of stainless steel, etc., and are constituted as one body when forming said orifice plate 14. These supporting leading poles 6 are installed to the orifice plate so as to become a parallel state by placing an orifice 4 between them. A heating resistor 5 having a temperature depending resistance characteristic, which has been installed to a tip part 6A of the supporting leading pole 6 is on the axis of the orifice 4. The other end 6B of the supporting leading pole 6 passes through a hole formed in a flange 13B, is led out to the outside and connected to a lead wire 10.</p> |
