PURPOSE:To contrive to heat the sole of foot of person desiring the heating by a method wherein a structure is designed so that a bottom plate surface part on which the foot of person desiring the heating is laid and heated from the under side of the plate surface in a KOTATSU and the like. CONSTITUTION:Many holes 11 are bored on a surface plate 12 of a bottom plate 1, a carpet 8 is provided on the surface of the bottom plate 1. The radiation of an infrared rays heater 6 is reflected by a reflection plate 5, emitted into a KOTATSU through louvers 4, then heats the surface part of the foot. A warm air is generated by the heat of the infrared rays heater 6 with the rotation of a fan 7, the hot air is blowed-off on the surface plate 12 through the holes 11, thus, the sole of foot is heated. By said structure, the comfortableness can be improved. |
