PURPOSE:To clean efficiently a nozzle in a short time and in a high degree by cleaning the nozzle by heating. CONSTITUTION:A large number of nozzles 1 are set in the main body 3 of an electric furnace through a fixing jig 2. Then heat is emitted from a heater 4 of the electric furnace by passing an electric current through the heater, and the nozzle 1 is heated at high temps. Consequently, dust, dirt, etc. which are deposited on the nozzle 1 are oxidized, decomposed, and removed from the surface of the nozzle. The cleaning of the nozzle can be efficiently performed in a short time and in a high degree in this way.
