PURPOSE:To preserve an extruded product in the state of neither deformation nor damage, by dropping an extrusion molded article into a liquid capable of solidifying by heating and changing into a fluid material by cooling to solidify the periphery of the above-mentioned molded article. CONSTITUTION:An extrusion material 3 in a cylinder 1 is extruded through an extrusion nozzle 4 by an extrusion piece 2, cut by a cutting tool 51 and dropped into a container 5. In this process, an article having a high accuracy is obtained by heating in ordinary extrusion of ceramics, and heating wires 41 are built in the nozzle 4. Thus, the cut material 31 in the heated state is dropped into a muddy liquid 6 in the container 5 to solidify the liquid 6 by heat. Therefore, the material 31 is instantly solidified on the outer peripheral surface thereof. Numerals 52 indicate a rotating rod for providing the material 31 at a given position. |
