PURPOSE:To obtain a reflecting plate with simple manufacture process and keeping the radio wave reflecting performance for a long period by laminating a metallic layer having a high weather resistant coating film layer and a methylmethacrylate group polymer layer contg. an inorganic filler and specifying the thickness of each layer and the content of the inorganic filler of the polymer layer. CONSTITUTION:The reflecting plate is formed by laminating the metallic layer 2 having the excellent weather resistant coating film layer 3 and the methylmethacrylate group polymer layer 1 contg. inorganic filler. The thickness of the layers 2, 3 is respectively 5mu-1mm., the thickness of the layer 1 is 500mu-15mm., and the content of the inorganic filler of the layer 1 is 10-80wt%. The paint of the layer 3 is utilized in many fields as a metal paint. The methylmethacrylate group polymer to manufacture the layer 1 is a thermoplastic resin using the methylmethacrylate as the major component. As the typical polymer, a methylmethacrylate homopolymer or other copolymer between the methylmethacrylate and other monomer of <=30mol% and >= a double bond is used. Further, primer layers 2a, 2b may be used to strengthen the bonding force among layers. |
