PURPOSE:To obviate the generation of peak-like fluctuation according to the evaporation of water drops in an output signal even if the water drops exist mixedly in measuring air by providing a filter for capturing water drops and a heater near a measuring electrode. CONSTITUTION:The measuring air 14 entering the inside of an attaching pipe 15 from the open end 15a of the pipe 15 passes through the open end 8a of a casing 8 and is supplied to the measuring electrode 2. The water drops are partly captured in the filter 21 first before the air 14 arrives at the electrode 2 even if the water drops exist mixedly in the air 14 or the water drops are produced when the air 14 having high steam concn. is cooled in the stage of passing through an air supply passage 23. Since the filter 21 is heated, the water drops are gradually evaporated. The water drops past the filter 21 are also gradually evaporated by the 2nd heater 22 in the passage 23 before arriving at the electrode 2. The appearance of the output fluctuation owing to a sharp change of the water drops in an output signal 19a is therefore obviated. The peak-like fluctuation according to the evaporation of the water drops is thus prevented.
