摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To reduce the number of transistor, to retain a static characteristic and to accomplish outputting an output up to a power source voltage by constituting a ROM of a ratio-type and providing a latch circuit on an output circuit. CONSTITUTION:A ROM is constituted in a ratio type of a load P type transistor 6, N type transistors 8a and 8b, both of which are controlled in terms of potential of an output terminal 9 due to a resistance ratio at the time of actions. The transistors 8a and 8b are turned off at ''L'' levels of input lines 5a and 5b, while a transistor 6 is turned on at ''L'' level of a clock phi, and a line 9 becomes ''H'' level. Simultaneously a P type transistor 11 is turned on through an inverter 10 for forming a latch circuit, and the line 9 is held at ''H'' level at the time of ''H'' level of the clock phi. With this ratio constitution, it is unnecessary to have two units of P and N type transistors, and the number of transistors is reduced to three accordingly. Furthermore a static characteristic can be retained due to the latch circuit, and an output can be outputted up to a power source voltage.</p>
