PURPOSE:Dried or roasted laver is coated with food oil, then with seasoning solution to give laver products which can have a variety of tastes without any adverse effect on its storability. CONSTITUTION:Dried laver or roasted laver is sprayed, coated, or fryed with food oil. Then a seasoning solution is applied to the resultant laver. The food oil which is suitably applied can be selected from corn oil, palm oil, sesame oil, olive oil and soybean oil. The food oil is sprayed to dried or roasted laver for several seconds. Then, granules or particles of seasoning is applied thereto so that they uniformly disperse. The seasoning is, e.g., table salt, consomme soups of various compositions.
