PURPOSE:To prevent a magnet from being damaged uniforming the thickness of adhesive layer, by winding up a circular magnet unit with composite tape. CONSTITUTION:So far as a motor of magnet rotation type of inner rotor type is concerned, a circular magnet 3 is fixed to a power transmission shaft via a cylindrical yoke 2 and a rotor is formed. Then, the circular magnet 3 is wound up with composite tape 11 consisting of semi-hardened resin being hardened by heat and having adhesive property and of a core of glass fiber or the like, and the wound start section and the wound terminal section of the tape 11 are positioned on a yoke side 11a so that the sections cannot be put together. After that, the tape is attached to the yoke 2 and is heated and fixed. As the result, the tape 11 on the concave side 11a of the magnet 3 plays the part of adhesives between the yoke 2 and the magnet 3, covers the magnet 3 perfectly at the same time and hardens keeping the original magnet form. |
