<p>PURPOSE:To accurately detect a signal, by controlling a pair of transistors connected to a power source in series corresponding to the pulse signal equivalent to the width of the heating pulse current to the temp. sensitive element arranged to an air flow passage and taking out an output signal from the mutual connection point of both of them. CONSTITUTION:Flip-flop output 31 with rising in the temp. of the temp. sensitive element, which is arranged in a suction pipe and supplies a pulse like heating current, is supplied to the base of the first transistor 32 of an output circuit 19 and the connector output thereof is supplied to an N-P-N type second transistor 33 and a P-N-P type third transistor 34. These transistors 33, 34 are connected and set to a power source VC in a series state and the mutual connection point thereof is connected to an output terminal 35 through the condenser 36 constituting a filter circuit.</p> |
