The present invention relates to a device to cool working oil for a small hydraulic machine including a transparent window. The present invention comprises: a hydraulic operator (10) operated by the flow of working oil; a hydraulic tank (20) storing and maintaining the working oil; a hydraulic pump (30) circulating the working oil, maintained in the hydraulic tank (20), to the hydraulic operator (10); an operating valve (40) maintaining and blocking the progress of the working oil induced into or discharged from the hydraulic operator (10) by the hydraulic pump (30); a fan cover (60) including multiple through holes (61) to protect a radiation fan (54) connected to a shaft (51) of an operating motor (50) operating the hydraulic pump (30); an enhanced transparent window (63) fixed to an opening part (62) formed by cutting a part of the fan cover (60) to monitor the radiation fan (56); and a display part (65) displaying a normal rotation direction of the radiation fan (54) on the enhanced transparent window (63) or fan cover (60) around the opening part (62). Therefore, the present invention is capable of preventing malfunction caused by overload during a test run of a motor.
