The present invention relates to sauce for fried food and to a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to sauce for fried food and to a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the taste of fried food can be realized more luxuriously and fried food is enabled to have nutritional excellence, by making soy sake broth from sake and black garlic soy sauce and manufacturing the sauce for fried food using the same. Moreover, marketability can be improved by granting luxury to each ingredient such as using spring water of Mt. halla instead of general water and using sake, which is made from highest-quality embryo buds of rice, black garlic soy sauce, and natural honey instead of usual soju, soy sauce, or starch syrup. The sauce for fried food comprises, with respect to 100 parts by weight of soy sake broth, 2 to 4 parts by weight of natural honey and 2 to 4 parts by weight of black garlic soy sauce. |
