Process for isolating and purifying prostaglandin E2-9-oxo-reductase from human tissue

摘要

The process uses as starting tissue human afterbirth tissue (placental tissue with decidua vera). The prostaglandin E2-9-oxo-reductase is in this case isolated for the first time from the decidua vera.
