The present invention relates to a carbon nanohybrid heat radiating composition, and to a battery module housing using the same. More particularly, the carbon nanohybrid heat radiating composition comprises: a matrix resin; and a thermally conductive inorganic filler dispersed in the matrix resin. The weight ratio of the inorganic filler and the matrix resin is 1:14 to 1:2. The carbon nanohybrid heat radiating composition has excellent thermal conductivity characteristics, and can prevent the degradation of performance of a battery.
