According to the present invention, a compound represented by chemical formula 1, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, a hydrate, a solvate, or an isomer, can be used effectively used in preventing or treating a pain, for example, an acute pain, a chronic pain, a nerve pathological pain, a postoperative pain, migraine, arthralgia, neuropathies, a nerve injury, diabetic neuropathy, a neuropathic disease, epilepsy, cardiac arrhythmia, a muscle tension increase, incoordination, multiple sclerosis, an irritable bowel syndrome, urinary incontinence, a visceral pain, depression, erythromelalgia, or PEPD (a paroxysmal extreme pain disorder).
