发明名称 Mobile plant for granulating liquid manure
摘要 Agriculture is faced with new problems, on the one hand caused by concentrated intensive livestock keeping, whereby excessive amounts of liquid manure are produced, of which, at the best, only half can be utilised on the farm's own fields. This causes problems mainly because of the new "Liquid Manure Acts", which state that in some countries, under certain circumstances, unprocessed and undeactivated liquid manure can no longer be applied to the fields, because of the excessively high nitrate content of the ground water. On the other hand, there are many, in particular large, arable farms where no animals are kept, hence no natural fertilizer is produced. In order to transfer the natural fertilizer over substantial distances from one farm to another, the liquid state of the manure is the most uneconomical version possible once transport goes beyond a certain distance. This is why the fresh liquid manure is processed in biogas plants and biologically and bacterially deactivated. The bulk of the resulting product will have remained the same, despite the energy obtained in the form of gas. This liquid bulk is now separated in the granulating plant and the solids are dried and granulated. These granules, which are a dry natural fertilizer, can be stored more easily and their transport is more economical. Investment in a granulation plant, which only takes up a small amount of space, is much more favourable than large plants involving several tanks of a diameter of 15-20 m and a height of 6-10 m ...
