The extractor for the liquid/solid extraction of extractive materials from natural substances comprises a support frame (6) hinged about an axis parallel to a filtering floor (2) and arranged above the latter in a housing (1). The extractor further comprises a plurality of rotary devices of different types acting on the extraction mass, such as for example suction, agitation and coating devices (7, 8, 9, 10). The devices (7, 8, 9, 10) are each displaceable from a rest position to a work position and return to the rest position by locking the support frame (6). In their working position, the devices are capable or rotating about an axis perpendicular to the filtering floor (2). The extractor is preferably used for the extraction of the bitter substance from lupins or for the extraction of coffee. |
