PURPOSE:To improve workability remarkable in assembling mold parts and demounting a mold by using shape memory alloy in assembling mold parts. CONSTITUTION:The jig for fixing the top and the bottom force is designed to store the dimension and shape required when the top and the bottom force 2, 1, are clamped by preheat through the head 13a of the fixing piece 13 not to leak synthetic resin from between those forces. The cup fixing jig 15 is designed to store the dimension and shape required when the injection hole cup 4 is stuck by preheating tightly to the cup fixing piece 14. The dimension and shape that have been stored in advance by preheating are changed and the top and the bottom force are clamped to each other not to leak synthetic resin from between the forces. The injection hole cup 4 also is set by the cup fixing jig 15 in the same way. If the forces 1, 2 are cooled all over the surfaces, the fixing jig 12 for the top and the bottom force and the cup fixing jig 15 that have been provided by the shape memory alloy return automatically to the initial shapes and dimensions to enable the top and the bottom force 2, 1 and the injection cup 4 to be demounted. |
