<p>PURPOSE:To perform high quality detection, by inserting a non-linear converter based on a max. likelihood estimation theory between a square detector and a low pass filter. CONSTITUTION:The receiving signal inputted from an input terminal 1 is squared by a square detector 3 through an IF filter 2 and receives non-linear conversion in a non-linear converter 6 based on a max. likelihood estimation theory to be inputted to a low pass filter 7. By investigating positive and negative of the output from the low pass filter 7, the presence and absence of a pulse can be determined. Therefore, high quality detection can be performed.</p> |
