PURPOSE:To make it possible to detect the slide of a rotor corresponding to the change in the rotary speed of a driver, by bringing the detection of the movement of follower machinery by a position detector to the synchronous relation with the rotary speed of the driver. CONSTITUTION:When a timer 14 is separated by the electric contact 8 of a position detector 7 when a support bearing 5 approaches, a timer 15 is started. The time setting of the timer 15 is sent from a time generator 16 proportional to the number of rotations of a driver 1. The time generator 16 keeps a time generation interval long because the operationg/non-operation time of follower machinery becomes slow when the number of rotations of the driver 1 are lowered and, when the number of rotations increase, said time generator 1 contrarily shortens the time generation interval. Herein, when the operation of a position detector 8 is elapsed over a time equal to or longer than that proportional to the number of rotations of the driver 1, timers 14, 15 are operated to excite timer contacts 17, 18 and a slide abnormality detection relay is operated. |
