PURPOSE:A part of rice bran mainly consisting of germ is added to wheat flour to give enriched wheat flour. CONSTITUTION:Wheat flour, 1kg, is combined with about 50g of rice bran, which has been obtained by polishing rice and mainly contains germs. The resultant wheat flour is enriched with a variety of nutrients including vitamin F, B2, B6, nicotinic acid, folic acid, minerals, carbohydrates, vegetable oil and so on. The product can be used in conventional application of usual wheat flour, futher can give new types of food products, because it has unique taste. |
