PURPOSE:To increase winding speed, by completing a process for repetition only for winding up a half circumference of each separated core organizing a stator core. CONSTITUTION:A flyer 7 is rotated and starts winding at first from a slot 2 near the flyer 7 confronting to a separated core 1a, and after winding by desired turns, an arm 3 is turning-indexed to the following slot 2 position. And in the same way, the process for winding by desired turns is repeated in turn, and after 1/2 circumference of the separated core 1a namely 1/4 circumference of a stator core 1 is completed to be wound up, the core is taken out of a snap holder 5 and is turned horizontally at an angle of 180 deg., and a said winding process is repeated again with the flyer 7, and another half circumference of the separated core 1a is wound up. Then, arms 3, 4 are removed to make a separated core 1b confront to the flyer 7, and the same process as that for the separated core 1a is repeated to wind up the separated core 1b. |
