PURPOSE:To easily realize uniformity of magnetic field intensity by closely winding a flat spiral winding through partial insertion of spacer between windings and by changing winding density. CONSTITUTION:On the occasion of winding an excitation coil 1, the center of initially winding part of wire, for example, is closely wound. When winding the intermediate part which should be wound coarsely, a spacer is wound together in parallel with wire so that it is inserted within the plane of such excitation coil 1. Thereby, the lead wire itself is wound coarsely with intervals. After winding the intermediate part as explained above, the peripheral part is also wound closely in the same way as the center part. As explained above, the center part and peripheral part having small magnetic field intensity are wound closely, while the intermediate part having large magnetic field intensity is wound coarsely, resulting in uniformity of magnetic field. |
