PURPOSE:To improve the temperature controlling efficiency while making airstream so smooth by a method wherein the shape constitution of fins is changed from upstream side to downstream side of airstream. CONSTITUTION:A fin device 3 with multiple fins 3a arranged in the directon perpendicular to the airstream direction is provided in the airstream direction. In such a case, the heights of fins 3a may be increased gradually from upstream side to downstream side or the heights of fins 3a may be equalized but the gaps between fins 3a are gradually widened from upstream side to downstream side or the heights of fins 3a may be increased gradually from upstream side to downstream side and the gaps between fins 3a are gradually widened from upstream side to downstream side. Through these procedures, the air may be flowed smoothly along the upper parts of fins 3a improving the radiating efficiency. |
