PURPOSE:To provide a fine amorphous metallic wire having higher workability such as twisting, weaving and braiding by forming the wire which has the bending characteristics satisfying the specific equations and consists of a circular cross section. CONSTITUTION:The fine amorphous metallic wire has the characteristics satisfying the equation I [where thetamax: the max. angle ( deg.) of rupture in bending of the fine amorphous metallic wire, thetamin: the min. angle ( deg.) of rupture in bending of the fine amorphous metallic wire] and the equation [L: the average diameter (mm.) of the fine amorphous metallic wire, theta: the average angle ( deg.) of rupture in bending]. The fine metallic wire has the circular section and has excellent higher workability such as twisting, weaving and braiding. |
